Our dishes change with the seasons and for our chef, Mitchell , this is a natural process. He cooks pure and refined, with a preference towards seafood. According to guests’ wishes, he makes creative dishes and menus with his culinary team. Jos van Putten, restaurantmanager of Breakers, has years of experience in hospitality. From a table for two, to a 100-guest wedding, he makes sure everyone feels welcome in the unique beach house. Together with the professional Breakers team, they make every visit to Breakers exceptional.

The restaurant is opened throughout the year. In the wintertime the fireplace will bring some warmth to our guests. In the summer, we welcome all guests on our lovely terrace, where they can enjoy a gorgeous sunset whilst having a tasteful dinner.
